Our pest inspectors examine the property for evidence of wood destroying insects such as termites, carpenter ants, and other wood destroying organisms. Team Too property inspectors will also recommend methods to prevent infestation, and prescribe solutions to correct infestation when discovered. Our inspectors provide insight into cost-effective maintenance scheduling and assist with due diligence concerning the building’s overall condition. The commercial inspection results are delivered in a detailed and thorough report designed to help facilitate transaction negotiations as well as a basic summary report of the findings and pricing for resolutions. Reports are professionally packaged and mailed to clients with a summary to the client, the property inspection report(s), all sections of the inspection report, addendums, and the copy of the proposal for resolution of the problems outlined.
The Team Too staff will also participate in performing budget analysis of current and recommended ongoing service contracts, be available for proposed budget meetings, and coordinate staff to ensure a smooth transition to the new ownership.
